While it may not provide as targeted of a measure of risk, health experts say that may but useful in building a picture of a patient's risk of cancer.
In fact, a recent study from University of Clinics in Brussels, Belgium found that early testosterone testing may predict future increases in the hormone, according to UroToday. High levels of testosterone have been associated with an increased risk of prostate cancer.
